First, make sure that the charging port of your device is not clogged or damaged. If so, gently remove any debris with a small object such as a toothpick. Once the port is clear, try plugging in the charger and charging the device. If the Xiaomi Redmi 10C still won't charge, the next step is to make sure that the charger is working properly. To do so, plug the charger into another outlet and try charging the device. If the device does not charge, the charger may need to be replaced.
